Before launching his own business, he gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry as a catering manager and lead catering associate at Jersey Shore BBQ in Point Pleasant, NJ. In this role, he managed daily operations, including event coordination, inventory management, budgeting, and team leadership. His work involved organizing large-scale catering events while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
